This Privacy Policy explains how FishFish: Cozy Aquarium, also known as “鱼鱼：温馨水族箱” (the “Game”), collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you play the Game on iOS.
This policy is written for the current planned release scope of FishFish: Cozy Aquarium. The Game is a single-player, cozy aquarium game. It does not include advertising, in-app purchases, social networking, leaderboards, user-generated content, chat, or location-based gameplay.

We do not receive your iCloud password. Authentication and account management are handled by Apple.
Cloud save data contains gameplay progress and save metadata. It is used to restore progress across devices, recover progress after reinstalling the Game, and resolve conflicts between local and cloud saves.
FishFish: Cozy Aquarium does not intentionally collect:
The current planned release does not include ads, in-app purchases, third-party social features, friend systems, rankings, or multiplayer features.
We use information for the following purposes:
The Game stores local progress in an encrypted save file on your device. The current local save format uses AES-256-CBC encryption with a random initialization vector and a backup file for recovery. This is intended to protect normal local save data from casual editing and corruption.
No security method is perfect. Local encryption does not make the save file immune to every form of device compromise, reverse engineering, or platform-level access.
If local save data becomes corrupted, the Game may attempt to load a backup. If both the primary save and backup are unavailable or invalid, the Game may fall back to default starting progress so that the Game can continue running.
On iOS, FishFish: Cozy Aquarium may use Apple’s iCloud Key-Value Store to sync your game save. iCloud sync depends on your device settings, iCloud account status, available iCloud storage, and Apple’s services.
iCloud data is handled by Apple under Apple’s privacy terms and iCloud settings. You can manage iCloud access through your iOS device settings.
If the Game detects that both local and cloud saves exist and differ, it may show a conflict screen with summary information such as save time, fish count, and coin balance. This helps you choose which save to keep. The Game should not silently overwrite newer valid progress when a conflict is detected.
If cloud sync is unavailable, fails, or the platform account is not signed in, the Game continues to use local save data where possible. Cloud sync failure should not prevent offline play.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share information with advertising networks for targeted advertising.
Local game progress remains on your device until you delete the Game, clear app data, or delete the save through any in-game or platform-supported deletion feature that may be provided.
Cloud save data may remain in iCloud according to your platform account settings and the retention practices of Apple.
We retain data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

If the final release includes an in-game option for analytics or diagnostics preferences, that setting will control the related in-game behavior as described in the app.
FishFish: Cozy Aquarium is designed as a relaxing aquarium game for a general audience. It is not intended to be directed specifically to children under the age required by applicable law, such as under 13 in the United States.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us at powercc80@outlook.com and we will take appropriate steps to review and delete the information where required.
Parents and guardians can also use iOS, Apple ID, and store-platform family controls to manage downloads, cloud services, and data settings.
Depending on your platform, country, and the third-party services used, information may be processed in countries or regions other than where you live. Apple may process service data according to their own global infrastructure, policies, and legal terms.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection regarding certain personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
The categories of information that may be processed are described above and may include identifiers, app activity, gameplay progress, diagnostics, and approximate technical information such as platform and locale. We use this information for game operation, cloud save, security, debugging, analytics, and service improvement.
